Can’t Find Your Order Confirmation or Download Link?

After purchasing your Baby Sleep Shift guide, you will receive two emails:

1️⃣ An Order Confirmation email from:
babysleepshift@gmail.com

2️⃣ A second email with the subject line:
“Your Baby Sleep Shift Guide Is Ready!”
This email includes your download link.

Please allow a few minutes for delivery.

If you can’t find these emails:

  1. Check your Junk / Spam folder
  2. Check your Promotions tab (for Gmail users)
  3. Search your inbox for “Baby Sleep Shift”

If you believe you entered the wrong email address at checkout, please contact us and we’ll sort it out for you as quickly as possible.

Using Your Guide on Mobile

If you’re on your phone, your guide will open in your browser after downloading.

We recommend:

  1. Saving the file to your device
  2. Bookmarking the page
  3. Uploading it to your cloud storage (Google Drive / iCloud)

This ensures you can access it anytime.

Having Trouble Finding Your Guide After Downloading?

For iPhone Users:

After tapping the Download link, your guide is automatically saved to your Downloads folder.

To locate it:

  1. Open the Files app
  2. Tap Browse (bottom-right corner)
  3. Select Downloads or Recants

For Android Users:

After tapping the Download link, your guide is saved to your Documents folder.

To find it:

  1. Open your app drawer
  2. Select My Files (or File Manager)
  3. Tap Documents

Your guide should be there.

Purchased Multiple Products?

If you purchased additional resources or bundles, you may receive:

  • One email with your download link

  • A separate confirmation email with access details

Emails may arrive a few minutes apart and sometimes land in Spam or Junk folders.

Entered the Wrong Email at Checkout?

No worries — it happens!

Just email us at:

Include:

  1. Your full name
  2. Approximate purchase date
  3. Screenshot of payment confirmation (if available)
